Release Train Engineer

Job Summary: Coordinate Agile Release Trains (ARTs), manage risks, and ensure value delivery while driving continuous improvement and DevSecOps practices. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and management of Agile Release Trains (ARTs). 2. Promotion of DevSecOps practices and continuous improvement. 3. Facilitation of quarterly planning and scaled events. Coordinate the assigned Agile Release Train (ART) and assist it in risk management, issue resolution, adherence to the framework, and continuous improvement to ensure delivery of defined value. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field Courses or Certifications: SAFe (SA, Scrum Master, and RTE) Conversational English Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role Manage and optimize the flow of value through associated Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to meet objectives defined in the product model. Assist teams in defining their objectives during quarterly planning (PI Planning), emphasizing PRE- and POST-events to ensure fulfillment of defined purposes by facilitating necessary resources and tools for each stage of the process. Promote DevSecOps practices based on various tools that enable assessment of execution quality across any aspect of agile practice, fostering agile values and principles. Coordinate scaled events to ensure synchronization among different release trains, guaranteeing execution of features and enablers.
