Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the picking, receipt, organization, and inventory control of materials, tools, and equipment for projects. Key Highlights: 1. Excellent work environment 2. Continuous training 3. Opportunity for growth Mexican business group with presence in all states of the country seeks a Picking Supervisor for its Distribution Center (CEDIS). Objective: To properly pick materials, tools, or equipment for new and ongoing Group projects, as well as to correctly receive, organize, and control the inventory of these resources under one's responsibility. Responsibilities: • Maintain a clean and organized work area to track inventory inflows and outflows. • Always wear the appropriate uniform and safety equipment for the job. • Keep shelf stock levels up-to-date by conducting weekly inventories. • Perform assigned cleaning duties for common areas. • Accurately fulfill purchase orders for assigned supplies; report discrepancies and request purchase order adjustments from the Warehouse Manager. • Track supplies that are written off (damaged, expired, incomplete). • Ensure unauthorized personnel do not access materials without authorization and supervision. • Inspect material shipments via moving services, pre-sorting materials for purchase order fulfillment. • Distribute workload among the team if assigned as area supervisor. • Report to the Warehouse Manager any discrepancies in received supply quantities (damaged, expired, or incomplete). Requirements: Education: Completed high school diploma; high school / technical degree (preferred) Desirable: 1 year of experience as a picker in a distribution center. Basic knowledge of materials, tools, and equipment. Proficiency in managing inventory inflows and outflows.
