What will be your mission? You will be responsible for ensuring proper service execution during your shift, leading a team of approximately 6 people and guaranteeing adherence to quality, timing, and cost standards. You will play a key role in making on-floor decisions, coordinating the team, and ensuring an outstanding experience for every customer. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (restaurant) Knowledge of kitchen operations, recipes, portion control, and standards Basic inventory management and supply control skills Leadership, decision-making, and service-oriented mindset Schedules Morning shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary, performance-based economic growth, productivity bonus.
