Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Process Optimization and Reengineering Consultant to drive organizational process transformation and continuous improvement, with a focus on digital processes, marketing, and operational efficiency. Location: Culiacán, Sinaloa Work Mode: On-site | Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs Salary: $30,000 MXN gross monthly We are looking for an IT Process Optimization and Reengineering Consultant who will contribute to the transformation and continuous improvement of organizational processes, with a special emphasis on digital processes, marketing, and operational efficiency. The position will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing optimization initiatives that increase productivity, reduce operational timeframes, and strengthen the operations of various business units. Responsibilities * Analyze, map, and redesign operational and digital processes to improve their efficiency. * Implement process reengineering projects aligned with business objectives. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions focused on automation and optimization. * Document current and future processes using AS-IS and TO-BE methodologies. * Coordinate activities with operational, commercial, and marketing departments to ensure proper execution of improvement initiatives. * Monitor optimization projects, tracking progress, risks, and outcomes. * Apply continuous improvement methodologies to enhance process productivity and quality. * Generate performance indicators and reports related to implemented initiatives. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in process consulting, continuous improvement, optimization, or organizational reengineering. * Demonstrable experience in process analysis, documentation, and redesign. * Knowledge of continuous improvement and process management methodologies. * Experience using project management tools under Agile methodologies. * Intermediate–advanced English (B2 level). * Analytical ability, results orientation, and communication skills for multidisciplinary teams.
