




Job Summary: A Human Resources professional responsible for recruitment, personnel administration, payroll, workplace climate, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the full recruitment and personnel selection cycle. 2. Handles personnel incidents, payroll administration, and personnel files. 3. Promotes a positive work environment and coordinates training programs. Carry out recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative personnel. Monitor personnel incidents: attendance, tardiness, vacations, leaves of absence, and disabilities. Prepare information and follow up on payroll processing. Manage personnel onboarding, offboarding, and personnel files. Draft employment contracts and ensure compliance with labor legislation. Measure and monitor Human Resources metrics (turnover, absenteeism, vacancy coverage). Coordinate internal and external training programs. Promote a positive work environment and support conflict resolution. Support occupational safety and hygiene matters for operational personnel.
