Display Assembly Supervisor Requirements: Education: High school / Technical degree Knowledge of carpentry, drywall installation, and painting Willingness to undertake frequent and extended business trips — MANDATORY (per diems paid) General Job Objective To receive and install display materials and relocation items, thereby maintaining proper control over the inflow and outflow of display materials during assembly and disassembly activities at Expansion and Renovation Stores, ensuring adherence to established processes and the company’s quality standards. Responsibilities • Carry out assembly and placement activities for display materials during Expansion and Renovation Store installations, strictly following procedures outlined in the Display and Assembly Manual, aiming to meet required quality standards. • Coordinate unloading of relocation shipments containing display materials, verifying secure and appropriate placement to prevent damage or loss of essential materials during assembly execution. • Perform quantification of received display materials, validating quantities indicated on purchase orders for subsequent system confirmation and inventory registration. • Conduct joint site inspections with the Display Resident to review progress of assembly work at Expansion or Renovation Stores. • Verify that only the display materials necessary for renovation stages and subsequent phases are retained; ensure remaining materials have been transferred according to corresponding procedures. • Maintain orderly storage of tools and supplies in the tool chest, and manage their inventory to prevent loss or damage, reducing incident-related expenses and improving resource administration.
