Job Summary: We are seeking an Internal Auditor for the automotive sector, responsible for conducting periodic audits, verifying compliance with policies, and evaluating internal controls. Identify risks and propose corrective solutions We require an Internal Auditor for the automotive industry Requirements • Interns or graduates holding bachelor's degrees in: Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. • Prior experience working in accounting firms, audit departments, or automobile agencies. • Two years of relevant experience. • Ability to manage large volumes of information. • Proficiency in Windows applications: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Preference: Familiarity with Quiter, GDS, and SAP. • For Excel: Preference for advanced capabilities including pivot tables, conditional formatting, and macros for handling large datasets. • Basic accounting knowledge: Cash counts, bank reconciliation reviews, physical inventory counts, account consolidation, confirmation procedures, document verification, information analysis, etc. • Administrative knowledge: SWOT analysis, Balanced Scorecard, risk matrix. We offer: Job Responsibilities: Activities: • Conduct periodic audits of the company’s operational processes related to vehicle purchasing, sales, financing, and maintenance. • Verify compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and company-established operational procedures. • Evaluate internal controls and administrative, financial, and operational processes related to the automotive sector. • Identify operational, financial, and compliance risks, proposing solutions and corrective actions. • Prepare detailed audit reports including findings, recommendations, and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with sales, procurement, operations, and finance departments to ensure consistency and transparency of activities. • Conduct inventory and fixed asset audits (vehicles and spare parts), verifying proper documentation and valuation.
