




Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with experience in networking, subnetting, and customer service, possessing a good attitude and willingness to learn. Job stability and training REQUIREMENTS: Gender: Not specified Age: 25 to 40 years old Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or Telecommunications Experience: 1 year (preferred) Practical experience in subnetting required: efficient IP range assignment, subnet mask calculation, network segmentation. Basic networking knowledge (IP, routers, switches, equipment configuration). Customer service experience, either in-person and/or remote. Ability to solve technical problems clearly and efficiently. Good attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn. Experience using and configuring MikroTik equipment. Knowledge of network monitoring and Level-2 support. Experience providing support to Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
