




Position Summary: Analyze, design, and ensure solutions for complex incidents and requests, improving operational and business service agility and continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Design of new solutions and improvements to existing ones. **About:** * Handle Level 2 incident and request escalations requiring critical analysis of database configurations, data queries, or technical structures of information flows, by designing new solutions and/or improvements to existing solutions that ensure operational and business service agility and continuity. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and design solutions for high-complexity incidents and requests requiring critical analysis of data and information flows. * Manage and resolve database-related escalations from Level 2 operations, ensuring adherence to response and resolution timeframes defined in SLAs. * Design and present data correction proposals to the approval-responsible level (stakeholders), maintaining compliance with authorization and approval guidelines. * Ensure integration of exposed data within the solution to guarantee correct solution implementation. * Identify and document functional debt related to configuration, extraction, updating, and data fixes affecting business operational continuity. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of database administration, including SQL and data management tools. * Knowledge of cybersecurity, particularly in protecting critical data and regulatory compliance. * Ability to manage incidents and projects. * Proficiency in at least two programming languages. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. **Benefits:** * Base salary * Savings fund * Discounts on furniture and clothing purchases * Year-end bonus * Vacation days * Vacation premium * Profit sharing * Birthday day off * Study scholarships * School supplies * Family protection club * Pleasant work environment * And other benefits and perks.
