At Difarmer, there is a place for you as a Sanitary Responsibility Supervisor **Objective:** Responsible for supervising and verifying that all assigned workplaces under their supervision carry out assigned activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to sanitary responsibility. **Business Activity:** Pharmaceutical distributor. **Work Experience:** 1 year **Requirements:** Pharmaceutical Chemist-Biologist, Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemist. **Knowledge:** Personnel management, public relations, negotiation techniques, computer software packages, comprehensive knowledge of health supplies, regulations applicable to distribution warehouses of health supplies, regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical industry, handling of controlled medications, quality management systems, documentation management systems, quality audits, good storage practices, good documentation practices, system planning, general administrative processes, conflict resolution and management. Responsibilities Support the hiring of the Sanitary Responsible Officer upon request; verify preparation and signing of assignment letters designating auxiliary Sanitary Responsible Officers at supervised workplaces; provide training to Sanitary Responsible Officers; support preparation and submission of sanitary procedures to relevant authorities upon request; assist in validating that new workplaces meet sanitary regulation requirements for storage conditions; support initial workplace fumigation; support development and submission of temperature and humidity mapping; support preparation and submission of the Master Validation Plan (MVP); support preparation and submission of software validation and qualification; support preparation and submission of process validation and qualification; support preparation and submission of cold chain validation and qualification; support preparation, submission, and installation of external signage; support preparation, submission, and installation of aluminum frames; support management and submission of the Pharmacopoeia of the United Mexican States (FEUM); support acquisition and installation of refrigerators and freezers for new workplaces; support acquisition and submission of instruments for monitoring ambient temperature and humidity, as well as cold chain product conditions; support calibration of measurement instruments; support preparation and submission of the master folder to the new workplace; support preparation and submission of the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) kit to the new workplace; support preparation and submission of sanitary regulation-compliant signage; support preparation and follow-up of new sanitary procedures before relevant authorities; support updating of legal sanitary documents; support creation and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); support archiving content in legal, technical, and registration folders of companies. **We Offer:** Statutory benefits.
