STORE MANAGER IN TRAINING

**Position Objective** Participate in a comprehensive training program to acquire full knowledge of Culture, Reporting, Operations, and Processes for the Store Manager position at AutoZone Mexico. **Key Responsibilities** * Participate with the Store Manager and District Manager by assisting in each activity a Store Manager must perform. * Participate in courses designed for store managers in Learning Garage. * Complete review of policies regarding correct processes and practices during store operations. Execute policies correctly to ensure proper store management. * Participate in scheduled activities within a 12-week training program where he/she will receive training across various areas involved in store operations (loss prevention, operations, commercial, etc.). * Learn about store performance metrics and operations jointly with the manager. Pass the assessment measuring knowledge acquired during training. * **Educational and Experience Requirements** * **Formal Education Level:** A degree (two-year program) or equivalent formal training program. * **Field of Study:** Bachelor’s degree (incomplete or completed). * **Years of Experience:** Three to five years. * **Type of Experience:** 3\-5 years of experience as a business manager. * **Special Certifications or Technical Skills:** Sales.
