Location: Culiacán, Sinaloa. **Job Requirements** * Age: 25 to 45 years old. * Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Processes, or related field. * Experience: One year of industrial mechanical application experience. * Skills: Proficiency in using hand and mechanical tools. * Knowledge: Industrial mechanics, pneumatics, use of hand and mechanical tools, basic electricity, preventive and corrective maintenance, problem analysis and resolution tools. **Job Responsibilities** * Adjust machinery according to product quality standards and production conditions. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery to ensure reliability and longevity. * Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues that may cause production stoppages. * Conduct product quality tests. * Coordinate maintenance activities with operators. * Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of production and maintenance activities. * Track technical audits, preventive maintenance observations, downtime analysis, and corrective actions.
