Job Description: Due to expansion, ALHMA Medical Center is seeking your talent as a **CONCIERGE in Mazatlán, Sinaloa.** Requirements: * Essential experience in hospitality, concierge services, medical tourism, or international customer service. * Advanced English proficiency * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hospital information systems Responsibilities: * Receive and orient international patients upon arrival at the hospital. * Manage authorization processes for international patients. * Coordinate and process special patient services (e.g., transportation, ambulance, etc.). * Serve as liaison between patients, physicians, and insurance providers. * Provide accompaniment during administrative and medical procedures when required. * Manage and oversee timely reporting on patients’ special needs. * Promptly channel inquiries, complaints, or requests to the appropriate departments. * Maintain frequent contact with companions or family members to update them on the status of insurance-related procedures.
