**Asset Security Supervisor** **Company:** Organization specializing in asset security for mining operations **Location:** Concordia, Sinaloa **Vacancies:** 3 positions **Work Mode:** On-site / Field **Job Objective** Supervise and coordinate asset security operations at mining facilities, ensuring compliance with established protocols, protection of assets, supervision of security personnel, and proper execution of operational procedures, thereby guaranteeing operational continuity and security. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise security personnel assigned to the mining operation. * Verify compliance with security protocols, instructions, and procedures. * Coordinate shifts, incidents, and daily operational reports. * Supervise access control, patrols, and asset security controls. * Report incidents, events, and risks to the relevant management. * Ensure proper use of equipment, vehicles, and assigned resources. * Maintain constant communication with operational teams and management. **Requirements** * Prior experience in asset security or field security (mining experience is preferred but not mandatory). * Completed bachelor’s degree. * Ability to operate standard and 4x4 vehicles. * Availability to work under field conditions and travel as required. * Availability to work shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Preference for female candidates (not exclusive; male candidates are also considered). * High sense of responsibility, leadership, and supervisory capability. **Working Conditions** * Work schedule: 20 days on duty followed by 10 days off. * Daily allowances covered by the company. * Transportation, accommodation, and meals provided by the company. **Compensation** * Salary for the first three months: $15,000 net per month. * Subsequent salary: $18,000 net per month. * Full registration with IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute). **Application** Interested candidates must send their CV via WhatsApp to **5548669403**.
