Job stability An agro-industrial company is looking for a: **Human Resources Leader** To manage and strengthen HR functions, ensuring legal compliance, organizational development, and appropriate human capital administration. **Candidate Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or related field. * Strong organizational, leadership, and personnel management skills. * Experience managing administrative and operational staff. * Preferred experience in production or manufacturing companies. * **Experience:** 3–5 years leading or managing comprehensive HR processes, including: personnel administration, talent acquisition, recruitment, training and development, labor relations, organizational development, and HR metrics monitoring and control. **Technical Knowledge** * Federal Labor Law and current labor regulations. * Preparation and administration of employment contracts. * Implementation of HR policies and procedures. * Management and control of employee files. * Recruitment and selection management. * Training and organizational development processes. * HR metrics management. * Knowledge of labor regulatory compliance. * Proficiency in Excel. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Participation in organizational strengthening projects.
