Crew management and contractor coordination **Operations Supervisor for Telecommunications – External Plant (PE) Area** **Salary: 16,000 + 4,000 Bonus = $20,000 monthly net** **Requirements:** * Education: Technical-Administrative * Intermediate Office suite proficiency * Knowledge of external and internal plant installations * Telecommunications **Responsibilities:** Operations Supervisor for Telecommunications in External Plant **Requirements:** * Education: Technician or Engineer in Telecommunications, Electronics, Systems, or related field. * Experience supervising external plant operations (fiber optic, copper, poles, conduits). * Ability to read construction drawings and conduct field surveys. * Crew management and contractor coordination. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned area. * Basic proficiency in Office software and reporting management tools. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate field technical personnel. * Verify proper installation, maintenance, and repair of external plant infrastructure (fiber optic cabling, copper cabling, poles, manholes, ducts, etc.). * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards during operations. * Monitor project progress and report incidents to Operations Management. * Control usage of assigned materials, tools, and equipment. * Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and work outcome reports. * Track work orders and ensure timely and accurate completion. * Promptly address and resolve technical issues in the field. * Coordinate with contractors and suppliers as required. * And others Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Company phone * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
