General configuration of CISCO equipment. * Knowledge of specifications for TPCyM (Transmission, Protection, Control, and Measurement). * Operation and configuration of communication and control equipment from CISCO, SEL, SIEMENS, PULL NET, and FORTINET. * Software and hardware implementation. * Quality management systems. * SAS standard. * Work administration and scheduling. * Interpretation of electrical schematics. * Routing protocols: BGP, EIGRP, IGRP, IS–IS, OSPF. * Management protocols: QoS, CBWFQ, WRED, PBR, PfR, NBAR. – Knowledge of specifications for substations and TPCyM. – Standards NOM SESE–2018, IEC std80, CFE V67000–62, CFE DT CTRL–10, CFE DCDSET01, CFE 00J00–52, and TIC Manual. – Work distribution: 80% office-based and 20% fieldwork (site surveys, project reconnaissance, work meetings).
