Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Collection Agent to conduct negotiations, notifications, and customer data updates. Key Highlights: 1. Assists with clarifications and reviews daily activity A leading company in the funeral services industry is looking for: **COLLECTION AGENT** Working hours: 8:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with one weekday off. **Requirements** * Experience in collections * Motorcycle driver's license * Responsible * Flexible availability of working hours **Responsibilities:** * Receive customer visit route schedules. * Call customers to confirm appointment times and visits. * Record incidents in manual reports. * Perform collection management activities for customers (e.g., agreement negotiations, notifications, service suspensions). * Update customer data. * Deliver collected funds and receipts to the General Cashier or at the San Martín Branch Window. * Submit payment receipts generated via Clip terminal to the General Cashier. * Assist customers with account statement clarifications. * Review daily activity with the Data Administrator. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Biweekly base salary * Savings fund * Life insurance * Funeral expense insurance Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
