You have the opportunity to join our team as a **Plant Process Leader** in **Culiacán, Sinaloa**. The **Plant Process Leader** position will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the operational processes of the commercial plant during their shift, ensuring compliance with metrics, operating procedures, and the weekly work plan. They will lead operational staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure quality, safety, and productivity goals are met. ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Monitor and track the commercial plant’s process metrics and performance. * Supervise operational staff activities. * Coordinate daily activities according to the weekly work plan across various processes. * Ensure compliance with and development of area operating procedures. * Pursue continuous process improvement to achieve the plant’s quality, safety, and productivity objectives. * Develop the technical skills of operational staff. ***Requirements:*** * Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering, or related field. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of seed plants, industrial processes and equipment, continuous improvement concepts, quality concepts, and use of electronic tools/computing equipment (SAP, Office). * Attributes such as leadership, people management, conflict resolution, and communication, among others.
