Specialized Mechanic for Autotankers (LP Gas) At Grupo Petromar, we are looking for a Specialized Mechanic to join our maintenance team for diesel autotankers transporting LP Gas. We are seeking a professional with solid technical knowledge and prior experience in the automotive and autotanker field. Requirements: \* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. \* Prior experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of diesel units. \* Knowledge of autotanker systems and regulations applicable to LP Gas handling (NOMs). \* Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools and equipment. \* Ability to identify faults, repair mechanical components, and ensure safe operation of units. Desirable: Experience in maintenance of combustion and pressure systems. Main Responsibilities: \* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on diesel autotankers transporting LP Gas. \* Diagnose mechanical failures and propose effective solutions. \* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational guidelines. \* Conduct periodic inspections of engine, brakes, hydraulic systems, tires, and critical components. \* Maintain maintenance logs and reports. \* Coordinate with operations team regarding unit availability and safe dispatch.
