




Position Objective Plan, coordinate and supervise engineering, automation and process control projects in the beverage industry, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, safety, and compliance with established timelines and budgets. ⸻ Main Responsibilities **1\. Project Management** * Coordinate planning, execution, and closure of engineering projects. * Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements. * Define schedules, resources, and budgets. 2\. Design and Development * Supervise the design of 2D and 3D equipment drawings for various assigned projects. * Validate detailed engineering in automation, instrumentation, and control. * Implement new technologies to improve production processes. 3\. Personnel Management * Lead and motivate teams of engineers, drafters, and technicians. * Define roles, responsibilities, and training plans. * Evaluate performance and promote continuous improvement. 4\. Process Optimization * Analyze efficiency indicators and propose automation solutions. * Identify areas for improvement in each project. * Implement methodologies for energy savings and waste reduction. 5\. Customer and Supplier Relations * Attend technical meetings with customers. * Coordinate with suppliers of equipment, materials, and specialized services. * Ensure customer satisfaction with each delivery. **6\. Regulatory Compliance** * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards. * Supervise that installed equipment meets international regulations. **Requirements** * Education: Degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Experience: 5–7 years in engineering, automation, or maintenance within the beverage or food industry. * Technical knowledge: * PLC, SCADA, HMI * CAD design (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Plant 3D) * Beverage processes (syrups, packaging, brewing) * Project management (MS Project, Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
