You will manage staff, foster a positive environment, and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch functioning. The selected candidate will have a practical approach and be committed to the company’s growth and success by implementing strategies that increase productivity and achieve sales goals. **Responsibilities:** · Lead all operational aspects, including distribution, customer service, human resource management, administration, and sales. · Evaluate local market conditions and identify current and future sales opportunities (innovation ideas and customer attraction). · Meet objectives and performance metrics. · Maximize branch staff potential by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation. · Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions to overcome challenges and capitalize on growth opportunities. · Address issues related to employee satisfaction. · Schedule: Split shift (to be defined during interview). · Salary: $13,000 monthly before taxes\+ commissions. · Day off: Weekday (one day between Monday and Thursday). · Benefits: Statutory benefits, IMSS, INFONAVIT.
