What will be your mission as Project Manager? Manage, plan, and ensure timely and accurate execution of all stages of assigned projects, providing follow\-up to guarantee that activities are carried out within established quality and budget parameters. **Project Manager / Project Manager** **Responsibilities** **Planning and coordination** * Develop the overall project schedule, defining timelines for each activity and identifying critical paths, risks, and project milestones * Monitor project plan activities throughout all project phases, ensuring compliance and quality in each stage. * Ensure communication among all parties involved in project execution, maintaining effective communication and reporting progress, delays, and next steps for each phase. * Coordinate between departments to resolve general project issues related to materials, fabrication, and assembly of parts and equipment. * Guarantee on\-time delivery and full customer satisfaction within the project's labor, material, and travel expense budget. **Requirements** **Education**: Industrial Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Industrial Processes Engineering or related fields **Experience**: 1 to 3 years in project management, project planning and tracking, resource planning (materials and personnel) **Language**: English B2 (desirable) **Certification**: Microsoft Project, Scrum, Kanban, or similar (desirable). **Required Knowledge/Certifications** * Project software or project management platform * Solid Works * SAP * Basic AutoCAD * Management of domestic and U.S. equipment line solutions **Competencies and Skills** Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, internal teams, and technical specialists.
