Midweek rest Due to operational expansion, a family entertainment franchise is seeking a CHEF (KITCHEN MANAGER) with extensive experience in managing hot and cold lines, food production, culinary techniques, service timing control, plating, basic ingredient control, inventory management, food preparation, and more. Must demonstrate proficient personnel management, proactive leadership, organizational ability, effective communication, and the capacity to work under pressure. Graduates of Gastronomy programs or equivalent qualifications are preferred; gender is unrestricted; maximum age is 40 years; flexibility regarding working hours is required.
