**Machinery Manager** **OBJECTIVE:** Ensure the optimal operation and maintenance of machinery and heavy transport equipment, guaranteeing operational efficiency and personnel safety through rigorous supervision, meticulous organization, and constant monitoring of equipment conditions. **PROFILE:** * Education: Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering. * Experience: Minimum of 5 years. * Honest. * Responsible. * Proactive. * Good attitude. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Supervision and Maintenance**: Know, direct, organize, and supervise the timely and continuous maintenance, repair, and preservation of heavy machinery and transport equipment. * Personnel Management: Conduct staff roll calls and ensure compliance with assigned tasks. * Monitoring and Reporting: Send daily updates on equipment conditions through detailed reports. * Checklist Development: Design and use checklist formats for unit check-in and check-out, generating accurate work orders for mechanical staff. * Diagnostics and Repairs: Perform failure diagnostics and special repairs using appropriate service and diagnostic equipment. * Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain detailed maintenance records and deliver them to the administrative assistant for proper logging. * Spare Parts Requests: Submit written requests for necessary spare parts through the warehouse to ensure continuous equipment maintenance. * Order and Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, ensuring a safe and organized environment. **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:** * Proficiency with office equipment, computer equipment, tools, or instruments specific to the job. * Adaptability to different work locations. * Ability to analyze information and control each task to be performed. * Capacity to adapt to various geographic and climatic environments. * Skill in equipment and machinery diagnostics. * Diesel Mechanic, Operation of heavy construction machinery, Handling of technical manuals for equipment and machinery. **WE OFFER:** * Salary: 5,000 weekly net * Statutory Benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, Vacations, Christmas Bonus).
