




Job Summary: This role involves developing and implementing training programs for cashiers, focusing on sales skills, cash handling, and internal systems. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and implement training programs for cashiers. 2. Deliver training on cash handling and systems. 3. Identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement. Responsibilities: * Monitor the onboarding plan with the immediate supervisor of new employees. * Organize and coordinate cashier training sessions. * Conduct evaluations based on the competencies to be developed by staff (sales skills for cashiers). * Develop and implement the training program, including its assessments. * Deliver training according to expertise in functions and responsibilities related to cash handling. * Teach system operation. * Teach how to prepare the cash closing report. * Identify training opportunities for cashier staff Salary: $2,500\.00 \- $2,600\.00 per week Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
