RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Ensure and implement commercial policies across all departments, establishing and achieving sales targets. 2\. Supervise the full range of activities performed by department heads to meet established objectives and budget. 3\. Supervise and safeguard merchandise stock on display and in warehouse, ensuring adequate supply and restocking to support achievement of budget, profitability, and customer satisfaction. 4\. Analyze monthly results, validate performance, and re-evaluate improvement actions that contribute to enhanced outcomes. 5\.
