Responsibilities: * Prepare tools and equipment for tasks * Maintain equipment and tools in proper condition * Assist welders during welding activities * Maintain order and cleanliness before, during, and after all activities * Support all activities within the department Skills: * Analytical ability focused on quality and safety * Use of electric tools * Knowledge of cutting and welding equipment operation Competencies: * Organization. * Results-oriented. * Teamwork. * Proactive. **Job Objective:** Provide comprehensive support to certified welders in the preparation, execution, and finishing of welding and metal part reconstruction tasks, ensuring compliance with quality standards and industrial safety regulations. 1\. Key Responsibilities * **Material Preparation:** Clean, degrease, and prepare surfaces of parts to be welded using grinders and moto-tools * **Assistance in Welding Processes:** Support assembly and positioning of components for TIG, SMAW, and oxy-fuel welding processes. * **Finishing and Polishing:** Perform grinding of excess weld material and final polishing of parts to ensure aesthetic and functional finish according to technical specifications. * **Tool Handling:** Safely operate electric and manual tools. * **Work Area Maintenance:** Keep the workshop and welding machines clean and in optimal operating condition. * **Logistical Support:** Assist in moving and packaging parts and components. 2\. Required Profile * **Experience:** None. * **Minimum Education:** Secondary school or higher. * Ability to follow detailed technical instructions. * Focus on precision and attention to detail. * Proactive attitude and willingness for continuous learning. **3\. Physical Requirements** * Ability to lift heavy loads (respecting safety limits). * Tolerance for high-temperature environments and exposure to industrial noise. * Excellent eye-hand coordination.
