Job Summary: Supervises and ensures the proper operation and hygiene of the plant through inspections and shift handovers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Verification rounds at the start of the shift 2. Reporting incidents to the shift supervisor 3. Checking plant hygiene and operational status -- Begin the shift with a verification round. -- Report to the incoming Shift Supervisor all events that occurred during your shift. -- a) Ensure that at the end of the last shift of the day the following is done: drain water from the tank, close the water supply valve, and open the drainage valve. b) Ensure that at the start of the first shift (in the morning), the cylinder machine is supplied with water by opening the water supply valve. -- Verify plant hygiene conditions and operational status.
