Job Summary: Responsible for centralizing and optimizing all procurement activities across four brands, ensuring the best price-to-quality ratio and comprehensive supply coverage. Key Highlights: 1. Job Objective: Centralize and optimize 100% of procurement for our four brands. You will be fully accountable for supplying everything from perishable and operational items for our restaurants to office consumables, technology, fixed assets, and maintenance services—always ensuring optimal price-to-quality ratio, timely home delivery, and well-organized inventory. Main Responsibilities: * **Comprehensive 360° Procurement:** Fulfill all purchase requests from business units (food, beverages, disposables, stationery, uniforms, technology, and maintenance). * **On-Site Supplier Development:** Transition current supermarket purchases to wholesale distributors who deliver directly to branches under credit terms. * **Comparative Analysis Tables:** Present management with an analysis of at least three proposals (evaluating cost, quality, warranty, and delivery timelines) for corporate or high-value purchases. * **Inventory Control:** Establish maximum and minimum stock levels to prevent branch stockouts, while monitoring expiration dates and cash flow. * **Opportunity Planning:** Monitor the market for critical supplies to anticipate bulk purchases when prices are highly favorable. Mandatory Requirements: * **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years as a General Purchaser. Experience in the restaurant, retail, or commercial sector (especially perishable goods handling) is highly desirable. * **Key Skills:** Aggressive yet ethical negotiation, strong sense of urgency, problem-solving under pressure, Excel proficiency (pivot tables and formulas), and warehouse control.
