In our hotels, these associates may work across multiple departments (e.g., kitchen, food and beverage, laundry) to support cleaning operations—whether preparing clean linens and tableware for guest enjoyment, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools (e.g., dishwashers, sinks, washers, and dryers), or transporting linens and tableware throughout the hotel; these associates do whatever it takes to achieve the goal. Regardless of your specific role, there are several fundamental responsibilities that support success: creating a safe workplace; following company policies and procedures; upholding quality standards; and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communication remain professional at all times. Meeting expectations and quality standards; developing and maintaining positive working relationships with other employees and departments; supporting the team to achieve common goals; listening to and appropriately responding to concerns raised by other employees.
