Quality and safety management * \- Supervise and control construction work: Verify that work is being carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. * \- Plan and coordinate: Organize work, assign tasks to personnel, and ensure established deadlines are met. * \- Control quality: Verify that materials and labor meet required quality standards. * \- Manage safety: Ensure compliance with on-site safety regulations and implement measures to prevent accidents. * \- Communicate with the team: Keep the workforce, client, and other stakeholders informed about project progress. * \- Resolve problems: Identify and resolve issues arising during construction execution. * \- Maintain records: Keep construction records, including daily reports, photographs, and documentation of changes. In Mexico, for example, a Construction Supervisor may have additional responsibilities, such as: * \- Compliance with regulations: Ensure the project complies with local laws and regulations, such as the Construction Law and the Construction Regulations. * \- Permit management: Obtain and manage permits for site access, alcohol testing, and drug-free workplace examinations.
