Collaboration in scheduling shutdowns and specialized maintenance **Job Description** ------------------------- Plan, schedule, and control preventive maintenance activities for mobile equipment, aiming to ensure the most efficient use of labor, spare parts, materials, and tools. Maintain up-to-date equipment information, ensuring equipment is always in optimal operating condition. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- 1\.\-Schedule maintenance for mobile equipment. 2\.\-Responsible for distributing the preventive maintenance schedule to assigned personnel. 3\. Support the process of transferring preventive maintenance tasks to external providers. 4\.\-Verify and ensure availability of required spare parts, labor, and tools for preventive maintenance. 5\.\-Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager in scheduling shutdowns and specialized maintenance for equipment. 6\.\-Review equipment documentation to ensure it is properly maintained. 7\.\-Support control of equipment documentation and regulations. 8\.\-Enter and adjust mobile equipment hour meters in the JD Edwards system. 9\.\-Prepare and close preventive maintenance work orders. 10\.\-Ensure accurate information registration in the system. **Job Challenges** -------------------- Implementation and compliance with scheduled preventive maintenance Generation of cost and statistical maintenance reports Tracking the location of mobile equipment **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ Education: * Engineering degree preferred * Gender: No preference Required Experience: * 2 years of experience in Maintenance Planning Required Knowledge: * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Preventive and corrective maintenance * SAP (Maintenance Module) Critical Competencies: * Strategic thinking * Customer service * Teamwork * Information management * Alliance development * Planning and organization **Relationships** -------------- Internal: * Maintenance Manager * Industrial Maintenance Coordinator * Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator External: * Suppliers **Diversity and Inclusion at CEMEX** ----------------------------------- At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and conduct business.
