A company powered by our people.** **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (internship eligible) * Availability to work Monday through Sunday. * Proficiency with Hand Held devices. * Intermediate Excel skills (GRAPHS, PIVOT TABLES, DATABASES, CALCULATIONS, MIN. AND MAX.) * WMS proficiency * Two years’ experience in inventory management, rejections, and returns **Responsibilities:** * **Coordinate annual physical inventory counts, execution and inventory planning, counting schedule, discrepancy follow-up, and closure.** * Data analysis and forecasting methods. * **Practical knowledge of inventory management software (WMS)** * Inventory reconciliation across systems * **Assign roles and tasks for cyclic counts** * Ensure inventory traceability * **Ability to accurately track inventory and generate reports** * Monitor and control identified discrepancies * Administration of rejections and returns. **Schedule:** Availability Monday through Sunday (rotating shift schedule per month). * 6 AM–2 PM, Monday to Saturday * 2 PM–9:30 PM, Monday to Saturday * 9:30 PM–6 AM, Monday to Friday **Work Location:** Mega Campus Nextlalpan **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary of $18,403 * 10% food vouchers * 13% savings fund contribution * Christmas bonus (aguinaldo) * Vacation days * Vacation premium * Life insurance * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) coverage * Direct employment contract with DHL * Biweekly payments **At DHL Mexico, you’ll find an environment that challenges you to maximize your skills and professional potential.
