Opportunity for development 3. Job stability **Job Description** At **MANFEL**, we are seeking a Machine Finishing Operator to join the Production Area (Flat Shape). The purpose of this position is to finish workpieces coming from presses and guillotines, using specialized machinery to ensure quality, precision, and on-time delivery. Main Responsibilities: * Read and analyze work orders. * Prepare and adjust machinery according to specifications. * Conduct trial runs before commencing production. * Execute operational processes in accordance with quality standards. * Report progress and job completion to the Supervisor. * Identify and report technical malfunctions. * Perform basic maintenance and lubrication of the machine. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Support additional activities as required. Requirements: * Minimum education: Junior High School or High School diploma. * Age: 20 to 40 years old. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (preferred). * Basic mathematics knowledge. * Responsible, committed, and service-oriented.
