




Assists in food preparation, cleaning, and kitchen organization. Washes, cuts, and portions ingredients as directed. Maintains utensils and work areas in optimal condition. Complies with food hygiene and safety standards. Supports the chef in operational tasks to ensure efficient and timely service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Wash, cut, and portion ingredients according to the chef's instructions. * Keep utensils, surfaces, and kitchen equipment clean. * Assist in plating dishes or assembling orders. * Restock workstations with necessary supplies. * Remove garbage and maintain kitchen organization. * Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. * Participate in general cleaning at the beginning and end of shifts. * Follow instructions from the chef or kitchen supervisor. **Required Profile:** * Service-oriented attitude, quickness, and willingness to learn. * Teamwork and good communication skills. * Punctuality and responsibility. * Prior kitchen experience preferred but not required.
