Opportunity to work on comprehensive construction project control Project: *Sun and Sea Living* **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. We are looking for a **Construction Project Administrator** with experience in comprehensive construction project control, capable of managing financial and material resources to ensure adherence to the construction schedule. * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (degree holder) * Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project administration * Construction work * Construction control (structure, finishes, installations) * Budgeting and cost management * Internal control: auditing, warehouses, inventories, accounting, and procurement * Strong analytical ability and results-oriented mindset **Duties and Responsibilities** * Control of subcontractor work progress and weekly billing * Review and analysis of construction budgets * Monitoring of the construction schedule * Preparation of progress reports and estimates * Control of estimates (clients and subcontractors) * Analysis of physical vs. financial progress * Control of payments, indirect expenses, and petty cash * Administration and supervision of on-site personnel * Supervision of material warehouse * Identification of additional work for proper billing * Monitoring of project closeouts and contracts **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Continuous training * Integration into a solid and ongoing project If you have solid experience in construction project administration and seek to join a growing project, apply through this channel.
