




**SITE ADMINISTRATOR** **JOB PROFILE** * Accountant, Engineer, Architect or related degree in construction * Gender: Indistinct * Age: Indistinct * Experience: 4 years or more **JOB DESCRIPTION** **PROJECT LOCATION: LOS MOCHIS, SINALOA** **Position Objective:** Administer and control processes related to warehouse operations, material inflows and outflows, purchases, reimbursements, and on-site personnel payroll, ensuring compliance with internal policies, operational efficiency, and timely support for the physical progress of the project. **Key Job Responsibilities** Warehouse Management * Record material inflows and outflows in system or physical logbook. * Verify inventories and perform periodic reconciliations. * Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials at the site. * Purchase Control * Validate deliveries against orders and report discrepancies. Reimbursement Administration * Collect supporting documents for minor expenses and verify their legitimacy. * Prepare reimbursement reports according to accounting policies. * Coordinate fund disbursements and track balances. On-Site Payroll Management * Gather personnel records (attendance, overtime, absences). * Prepare payroll reports for validation and payment processing. * Coordinate on-site payments and resolve employee inquiries. Documentation and Reporting * Maintain up-to-date administrative project files. * Prepare weekly reports on warehouse, procurement, and payroll activities. * Assist in internal and external audits as required.
