Main Responsibilities * Prepare, review, and submit files to governmental and private agencies. * Monitor the status of procedures punctually and resolve incidents. * Maintain order and up-to-date records in databases and files (physical and digital). * Coordinate logistics for document delivery and collection. * Prepare progress reports for assigned procedures. * Ensure compliance with deadlines and applicable regulations. Essential Requirements * **Education:** Completed high school diploma. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience as a Filing Clerk. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Excel and Word). * Familiarity with **customs procedures**. * Valid motorcycle driver's license.
