Main Responsibilities * Prepare, review, and submit files to governmental and private authorities. * Monitor the status of procedures promptly and resolve any issues. * Maintain order and up-to-date records in databases and archives (physical and digital). * Coordinate logistics for document delivery and collection. * Prepare progress reports on assigned procedures. * Ensure compliance with applicable deadlines and regulations. Essential Requirements * **Education:** Completed high school diploma. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience as a Procedures Agent. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Excel and Word). * Familiarity with **customs-related procedures**. * Valid motorcycle driver's license.
