Office equipment. Filing techniques. Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same or similar position. **Experience in:** Nursing Care Process in Emergency, Inpatient, Intensive Care Unit, etc. **Minimum Educational Requirement:** Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (with degree and license) Specialization in Emergency Care preferred. **Desired Age Range** **MIN:** 25 **MAX:** 40 **Marital Status:** No preference. **Gender:** No preference. **Skills:** Interpersonal communication, tolerance, service-oriented attitude, respect, humane and warm patient interaction, among others. **Schedule Availability:** Afternoon shift. **Job Responsibilities:** * Adhere to departmental operational policies, standards, and established procedures. * Receive post-surgical patients for transfer to the recovery area, following appropriate instructions regarding catheters, dressings, and drains. * Transport patients—applying appropriate care based on their health conditions—to radiology or operating rooms, ensuring the patient has all necessary transport equipment (boots, cap, blanket, pillow), clinical records, and proper referral if required. * Receive prescribed medications for assigned patients. * Administer medications to assigned patients. * Monitor vital signs of assigned patients. * Provide high-quality nursing care to assigned patients. * Conduct scheduled patient rounds. * Accurately and compliantly perform specified procedures for the service, treating patients with dignity and administering medications per prescribed protocols. * Implement established safety measures in accordance with the WHO’s International Patient Safety Goals. * Perform procedures for collection, handling, and dispatch of biological specimens when required by the patient. * Prepare nursing notes containing at minimum: vital signs chart, medication administration, performed procedures and observations, diagnostic auxiliary service results, partograph, full name and signature of reporting staff. * Comply with the requirement to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during procedures performed with patients. * Charge supplies to assigned patients. * Submit shift handover report including concise, focused information on recent and critical data needed by incoming staff assuming patient care responsibilities. Describe patient health status, including vital signs and signs/symptoms observed during the shift. Detail nursing interventions performed and patient/family responses thereto. * Submit required nursing reports—including transfusion reports, medication adverse event reports, and disease reports—within designated timeframes. * Attend scheduled work meetings. * Actively participate in training courses programmed for the position. * Comply with procedures and systems implemented by the company for controlling information handled within the service. * Etc.
