**Position: Facility Manager Jr in maintenance operations** **At RIMSAMEX we are looking for young talent,** proactive individuals with a vision for professional growth, to join the Operations team by monitoring maintenance tasks and services in offices across several states of Mexico. **Job Objective:** Provide support in the **comprehensive operational management** of maintenance and support services for assigned accounts, ensuring quality service delivery and operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * **Coordination and follow-up of scheduled maintenance services** on assigned accounts according to defined scopes and frequencies. * **Operational scheduling and assignment** of services according to internal policies. * Monitoring **crew utilization rates**, ensuring a minimum compliance of 92%. * Managing **rescheduling and suspensions** when necessary. * Supervising the **closure of services** and reviewing supporting documentation timely and accurately. * **Updating client inventories**. * Coordinating **corrective services and emergency response**, meeting response time targets (emergencies addressed within 90 minutes). * Handling and resolving **operational incidents** within established timeframes. * Managing the **operational relationship with clients**, maintaining high standards of communication and service. * **Resolving warranty issues** within less than 24 hours. * Monitoring the **escalation index**, keeping it within acceptable limits. **Vendor Management:** * **Recruitment, evaluation, and negotiation** with new vendors based on required profiles and locations. * Ensuring **95% coverage with local vendors** for recurring services (scheduled maintenance). * Training vendors on **service protocols, documentation**, and client-specific requirements. **Logistics coordination and operational support:** * **Managing access permissions** to properties requiring intervention. * Administering **advances to vendors or clients** according to internal guidelines. * **Planning and assigning services** per branch or region. * Coordinating and following up with **field technicians and external vendors**. * Conducting **on-site supervision** of properties under responsibility. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in electromechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or related field with a *minimum average above 90* * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications. * Experience not required.
