**AEM Technical Leader** We are seeking a **Technical Leader specialized in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)**, with strong expertise in **Java, frontend technologies, and modern architectures**, to lead the design, development, and integration of high-impact digital solutions. This role focuses on projects built on **AEM CMS** and its Adobe tool ecosystem, under a **hybrid work model**. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop backend solutions using **Java, J2EE, and Spring Framework**. * Implement and maintain **complex websites** on **AEM 6\.5** or **AEM as a Cloud Service**. * Create and manage **custom components, templates, dialogs, and workflows** in AEM. * Develop components using **HTL (Sightly)** and **Apache Sling**. * Configure and optimize **AEM Dispatcher**, as well as **caching strategies**. * Integrate AEM with **Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign**. * Manage multi\-region sites using **AEM Multi\-Site Manager (MSM)**. * Design and consume **RESTful services**, and troubleshoot issues at the **HTTP level**. * Implement solutions on **Azure** and other cloud platforms. * Apply **CI/CD practices** using **Maven, Docker, and Jenkins**. * Lead technical collaboration with cross\-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. **Technical Requirements** * **Frontend:** experience with **Angular, React, Vue.js, or NodeJS**. * **Backend and microservices:** proficiency in **Java, Spring Boot, and REST**, applying **SOLID principles**. * **Continuous integration:** use of **Jenkins, GitHub**, and quality and debugging tools (JS Debuggers, Lint, etc.). * **Adobe Experience Manager (AEM):** component, template, and workflow development and maintenance. * **API security:** experience with **JWT, OAuth2**, or other security standards. * **Web:** solid knowledge of **HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript**, integrated with AEM. * **Agile methodologies:** experience working under **Agile / Scrum**. * Excellent **analytical, problem\-solving, and algorithmic thinking skills**. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **AEM 6\.5 or AEM Cloud Service**. * Knowledge of **Azure** and cloud storage solutions. * Integration of **microservices** and **DevOps practices**. **We Offer** * **Hybrid work model**. * **Professional growth** and continuous learning. * A collaborative environment with a **highly specialized team**. * Participation in **innovative and high\-impact projects**. * **Major Medical Expense Insurance (SGMM)**.
