Job Summary: We are seeking an automotive maintenance leader with experience in the automotive industry to ensure optimal operation of heavy-duty cargo vehicles. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead maintenance teams and resolve conflicts 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance 3. Manage and coordinate maintenance activities With experience in the automotive industry to lead our maintenance team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our heavy-duty cargo vehicles remain in optimal condition and ready for operation. Responsibilities: \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicles \- Maintain vehicles and equipment in good condition \- Manage, control, and coordinate departmental maintenance activities and personnel \- Lead maintenance teams and resolve conflicts \- Conduct road tests and tire inspections \- Operate computer equipment and maintenance management software Requirements: \- Automotive Mechanical Engineering or related field \- 2 years of experience in automotive maintenance \- Knowledge of personnel management and leadership \- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance \- Knowledge of tire inspection and road testing Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
