COMPUTER AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN Branch: MacStore La Ceiba At MacStore, Mexico’s #1 Apple product distributor, we are looking for talent passionate about technology and customer service to join our team. Required Profile Completed high school or technical degree. Minimum 1 year of experience repairing computer and telecommunications equipment. Strong interest in customer service and support. Residence near the work location. Responsibilities Provide first- and second-level technical support to Apple users. Deliver personalized customer assistance and issue resolution. Track completed service requests. Promote and sell additional services. Meet established performance metrics and indicators. We Offer Base monthly salary: $9,900.00 gross. Apple Certified Macintosh Technician certification. Benefits and perks exceeding statutory requirements. Monthly food vouchers: $350. Monthly face-to-face life bonus: $1,000. Profit-sharing (approximately 3 months’ worth). Salary increase at the fourth month. Life insurance. Savings fund. Attendance bonus: 12.5% of gross salary (upon permanent hiring).
