Job Summary: We are seeking a Computer and Telephony Equipment Repair Technician to provide technical support, personalized customer service, and promotion of services in an Apple technology environment. COMPUTER AND TELEPHONY EQUIPMENT REPAIR TECHNICIAN Branch: MacStore La Ceiba At MacStore, Mexico’s No. 1 Apple products distributor, we are looking for talent passionate about technology and customer service to join our team. Required Profile Completed high school diploma or technical degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and telephony equipment repair. Strong interest in customer service and support. Residence near the work location. Responsibilities Provide first- and second-level technical support to Apple users. Deliver personalized customer service and issue resolution. Follow up on completed services. Promote and sell additional services. Meet established metrics and performance indicators. We Offer Base monthly salary: $9,900.00 gross. Apple Certified Macintosh Technician certification. Benefits and perks exceeding statutory requirements. Monthly food vouchers: $350. Monthly face-to-face bonus: $1,000. Profit-sharing (approx. 3 months). Salary increase at the fourth month. Life insurance. Savings fund. Attendance bonus: 12.5% of gross salary (upon permanent hiring).
