Requirements: Technical degree in computer science, systems, or equivalent in a related field Experience as a field technical engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (at least 6 months of experience) Knowledge: Computer equipment maintenance and repair Laser printers Telephony and networking (basic) Structured cabling (desirable) Router, switch, and network switch configuration Responsibilities: Diagnose failures reported by the client Replace components, track incidents, provide support, and close reports 100% FIELD Job Responsibilities: Timely resolution of incidents and/or technical failure requests reported by users, within timeframes agreed with the client.
