Position Profile * Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Information Technologies, or related field. * Knowledge of networks, hardware, software, and user support. * Experience with networks and switches. * Programming and configuration. * Knowledge of computer equipment maintenance. * Ability to troubleshoot and work under pressure. * Excellent service attitude and professional communication skills. Main Responsibilities * Track maintenance activities and technical reports. * Ensure continuous operation of equipment and technological platforms. * Prepare technical reports and documentation.
