




Sales Consultant – Solar Energy (Consultative Sales) Job Description We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join a team specialized in photovoltaic solutions for commercial and industrial clients. The role's objective is to achieve monthly sales targets through prospecting, advising, and closing solar system sales. Responsibilities * Actively prospect new commercial and industrial clients interested in photovoltaic systems. * Provide technical and commercial advice, explaining system benefits and features. * Prepare commercial proposals aligned with customer needs. * Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales. * Meet established monthly sales targets. * Keep databases and internal system records updated. * Participate in follow-up meetings with the sales team. Requirements * Experience in consultative sales (essential). * Previous experience in solar energy, technology, or related fields (desirable, not essential). * Basic knowledge of photovoltaic systems (desirable). * Strong communication, negotiation, and numerical skills. * Results-oriented, goal-driven, and proactive attitude. * Basic calculation skills. * Must have personal vehicle (essential). \* We Offer * Base salary: $12,000 per month. * Statutory benefits * Attractive commissions: 5% to 7% on achieved sales. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Colonia la Tijera, Zapopan, Jalisco Position type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
