**General Objective:** Contribute to the continuous improvement of security management by performing activities related to the collection, processing, and analysis of cybersecurity data, supporting the automation of information, risk visibility, and the generation of actionable reports under the supervision and direction of the immediate supervisor. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze cybersecurity data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in operational performance and risks, supporting the Senior Manager in monitoring KPIs, KRIs, and KCIs. * Process and clean operational security data to ensure integrity, quality, and availability of data used in risk measurement and management, following guidelines established by the Senior Manager. * Implement automated data collection and analysis processes under the guidance of the Senior Manager to optimize visibility of cybersecurity operations and reduce manual errors. * Develop real-time reports and dashboards using analyzed data to assist the Senior Manager in making decisions based on key security indicators. * Detect inconsistencies and outliers in operational cybersecurity data to ensure information accuracy, reporting to the Senior Manager on areas for improvement in data quality. * Apply data quality controls and regulatory compliance measures to information used in risk management and audits, under the supervision of the Senior Manager. **Requirements:** * 2 to 4 years of progressive experience in data analysis or information security roles, preferably in enterprise environments. * Practical experience in collecting, processing, and analyzing large volumes of security data. * Certifications in information security such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH (desirable). * Certifications in information security such as CompTIA Security\+, or other relevant certifications for data analysis and cybersecurity (desirable). * Certifications in data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Python, Pandas, LookerStudio) (desirable) **Education** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics. **Benefits:** * Base salary * Savings fund * Incentives * Christmas bonus * Vacation * Vacation premium * Profit sharing * Birthday day off * Study scholarships * School supplies * Pleasant work environment * Other benefits and perks Work location: Delegación Miguel Hidalgo, southern area.
